Rental Requirements

Energy Performance Certificate, same is valid for 10 years and we can arrange for one to be carried out.
Gas Certificates, same will apply to a rental property with a gas appliance, this certificate must be renewed annually at the Landord's expense.

Carbon Monoxide Alarm, same is applicable if there is an open fire, a boiler or gas appliance in the property.
Smoke Alarms, battery/electric are necessary in a property

Fully Managed Service

Our fully managed service includes all the services available with our Let Only Service plus:

Advice and Assistance on Tenancy Disputes
Property Inspection at start of Tenancy

Rental Payments direct to your Landlords Bank Account

Fees

Corry & Stewart Estate Agents Ltd charge a letting fee of £150.00 for properties within the Omagh area ( 3 mile radius) and £200.00 for outlying areas.

Fee only payable to us when we have successfully secured a tenant for your rental property. Registration to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme additional for Let Only Scheme, if Landlords do not have their own in place.

We offer a fully managed service and our management fee is 8% of the annual rental income, deducted on a monthly basis. VAT not applicable.
